I'm Levi Dalton
Fourteen years in marketing, digital strategy, and talent management, and honestly, I didn't see that coming. I just kept finding work that pulled me in deeper. Each area fed the others, and somewhere along the way, doing all three well stopped feeling like a stretch and became the only way I know how to work. That hasn't changed since 2012.
Right now, I'm running two companies, and both keep me genuinely excited about what's next. novagradient. is my brand architecture and digital strategy agency. I built it for brands that are tired of looking like everyone else, want to adopt cutting-edge technology and strategy, and actually want to stand for something. 3MESA is where I work with artists and creators, helping them build careers on their own terms, not just whatever the industry tells them they should want.
The common thread is pretty simple: I care about elevating others' dreams and passions into vehicles that will stand the test of time and mean something long after we're all gone.
